Pedro Ortega Escande

Pedro Ortega Escande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pedro started their career in 2008 as an Electronic Technician at Yarlux, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Puro Sol as a Sales & Logistics Manager, a position they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Pedro was a Co-founder & CEO at Orgonlux. Currently, they serve as a Frontend Developer at Bookline, starting from June 2022. Recently, they have taken on the role of Lead Frontend Developer at Bookline in March 2023.

Pedro Ortega Escande has a diverse education background with a focus on both business and technology. Pedro started their education journey in 2008 at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, where they pursued a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería industrial. Pedro completed this degree in 2011.

After a few years, Pedro continued their education at UADE Business School from 2012 to 2015. During this period, they studied for a Licenciatura degree with a specialization in Marketing. This allowed Pedro to gain a solid foundation in business and marketing principles.

In more recent years, Pedro has shown an interest in technology and programming. In 2022, they enrolled in a series of intensive bootcamps at Ironhack. Pedro completed an Intensive Bootcamp focusing on Java backend, Typescript, Angular, and SQL. Shortly after, Pedro participated in another Full Stack Intensive Bootcamp, which focused on NodeJs, MongoDB, and React.

Through these bootcamps, Pedro gained practical skills in various technology stacks, enhancing their knowledge and expertise in software development. These educational experiences demonstrate Pedro's dedication to continuously learning and expanding their skillset in both business and technology fields.
