Cassidy B. Charles

Cassidy B. Charles is an experienced library and information science professional currently serving as a Legislative Data Analyst and Librarian at the Congressional Research Service since September 2020. In addition to this role, Cassidy has worked as a Book Reviewer for Booklist since March 2018. Prior experience includes a series of librarian roles at the City of Santa Barbara, where responsibilities ranged from Digital and Technology Services to acting as Senior Librarian, alongside positions at various public libraries including Madison Public Library and Montclair Public Library. Cassidy holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
