Muhammad ZamZam has worked in the IT industry since 2019. Muhammad began their career as a Team Lead at Systems Limited. Muhammad then moved to Power Information Technology Company, Ministry of Energy, Power Division, Govt. of Pakistan, where they also held the role of Team Lead. In 2022, they began working as Team Lead Customer Support at Bookme.pk.

Muhammad ZamZam attended National College Of Business Administration & Economics from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a BS in Aviation Management with a field of study in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations.
