Kristen Elder

Kristen Elder CPA is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Board Member at the United Way of Bucks County, Kristen has held significant roles including Board Treasurer and Board Secretary, and was recognized with the Board Excellence Award in May 2022. As an Accountant at Bookminders, Kristen provides accounting services to non-profit organizations, effectively communicating financial reports. Previously, Kristen served on the Board and as Treasurer for Lifeties, Inc., where leadership involved supervising financial assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic and guiding strategic direction. Kristen's extensive tenure at GSK included roles such as Senior Finance Director, focusing on financial integration during acquisitions, enterprise software implementation, supplier compliance, and providing financial leadership to various divisions. Kristen began the career at PwC as a Senior Auditor and holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Bucknell University.
