Pauline Hubert

Pauline Hubert is the Founder and President of BookMovement, the largest membership-based digital platform for book clubs, established in January 2004. With a focus on creative direction, editing, and design, Pauline oversees the development of popular email newsletters and provides a promotional channel for authors and publishers aimed at book clubs that collectively spend over $360 million on books annually. In addition, Pauline launched BookMovement Shop in October 2021, collaborating with illustrator Austen Claire to create a line of decor items during the pandemic. Previous experience includes positions as a Summer Associate in Equity Research at UBS and a Market Research Associate at WME, where strategic marketing analyses and client relationships were developed. Pauline holds an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Barnard College.
