Amanda Woehrle

Amanda Woehrle has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Amanda started their career in 2004 as a Reading Teacher in the Hernando County School District. In 2005, they moved to the Hillsborough County Public Schools as a Reading Coach. Amanda then joined the NYC Department of Education in 2007, where they worked as a Literacy Specialist and an ELA Teacher for grades 6-8. Amanda continued their teaching career in virtual settings, working as a Virtual Teacher at A+ Virtual Learning and iTutor.com Inc. In 2022, they took on roles as a Reading Tutor at Amplify, a Teacher at BookNook, and a Tutor at Air Tutors. Amanda's expertise in literacy and their experience in virtual and traditional classroom settings make their a valuable asset in the education field.

Amanda Woehrle completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1999 to 2001. Later, they pursued their Master of Education - MEd in Secondary Education and Teaching from Pace University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Amanda also obtained a Teacher certification from the New York State Education Department in September 2015.
