BOOKOFF CORPORATION LIMITED is a Japan-based company which operates secondhand shops and the franchise business. The Company has four business segments. The BOOKOFF segment is engaged in the operation of BOOKOFF direct retail stores and franchise systems of secondhand books and software, and the operation of BOOKOFF in overseas markets, as well as the logistics businesses. The Reuse segment operates secondhand shops, which sells apparels, sports goods, baby goods, watches, branded bags, precious metals, tableware and miscellaneous products. The Package Media segment operates video rental shops under the name TSUTAYA. The Others segment is engaged in the plan, design and construction of interior and exterior decoration of the stores, and the processing of products.
