Dinesh Melwani

Dinesh Melwani is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience in patent prosecution, counseling, and licensing, currently serving as a Partner at Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC since August 2012. With a specialization in mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies, Dinesh possesses particular expertise in medical device technologies. Additionally, Dinesh has been a Lecturer at the Patent Institute of Training since July 2014, focusing on post-grant proceedings at the USPTO, and previously taught patent law and policy as an Adjunct Professor at Howard University School of Law from January 2009 to August 2012.
