Girish D. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Girish is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Bookr, Inc., a company focused on helping non-profits become financially stronger. Prior to this, Girish worked at Moss Adams, where they held roles as a Consultant and Director of Transaction Services. At Moss Adams, they gained experience in consulting and financial transaction services. Before joining Moss Adams, Girish worked at RSM Kuwait, a leading audit and advisory firm in Kuwait. As a Partner in the Corporate Finance Advisories division, they led a team of 20 professionals and provided strategic financial planning and advisory services to clients. Additionally, Girish established and developed the project finance practice at RSM Kuwait, specializing in large-scale public-private partnership projects. Earlier in their career, Girish worked at Grant Thornton Abdulaal (formerly Gulf Audit) in Bahrain, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Financial Advisory/Internal Audit, gaining experience in internal auditing, business process consulting, and financial advisory.

Girish D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.Com from Annamalai University, from the years 1996 to 2000. Girish has also achieved additional certifications including CFA from the CFA Institute in August 2015, Mergers & Acquisition from Wharton Executive Education in June 2007, CPA (Yet to be licensed) from AICPA in November 2003, ACMA from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India in December 2001, and CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in November 2001.
