Ioana Feier

Ioana Feier currently serves as the Talent Development and Org Design Director at Booksy since September 2024. Previously, Ioana held several key roles at Veeam Software from August 2017 to September 2024, including Senior Global Director and Global Director of Talent Management, contributing significantly to the global Talent Management agenda. Prior experience at Nokia spanned from January 2009 to July 2017, where Ioana led various initiatives in Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Development, particularly during the integration of Alcatel-Lucent. Earlier roles included functions as EMEA Talent Management Leader, HR Business Partner for Wireless, and Strategic Learning Consultant. In addition to corporate experience, Ioana has freelanced as a development consultant and business coach since July 2008, and held the position of Senior Trainer and Managing Partner at Forward from January 2005 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational and Leadership Psychology from West University of Timisoara, coaching formation from the International Coaching Federation, and ongoing studies in Transactional Analysis.
