Meriel Bratt

Meriel Bratt is a versatile professional with experience in education and design, currently serving as a Product Designer at BookTrust since August 2022. Prior to this, Meriel held the role of Content Writer at Bedrock Learning from May 2022 to May 2023 and was the Art and Design Curriculum Lead at Hackney Education from September 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included the leadership of the Art and Design Department and curriculum implementation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Primary School Teacher, responsible for student progress and classroom management, and as a Content Editor at Service Scan Evaluations Ltd, where editorial standards were maintained. Meriel holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Essex.
