Rachael Bailey provides advice, expertise, and support focused on effective governance. With experience in various education and non-profit organizations, Rachael has a proven track record in undertaking bespoke consultancy projects and developing innovative initiatives. They co-founded Trust Governance Professionals and currently serve as Head of Governance at Booktrust, while also consulting for several organizations in the charity sector. Rachael earned a MA Hons in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh.
