Timothy Laman

Timothy Laman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in compensation governance and employee incentives across multiple regions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Group Rewards at UOB since November 2021, Timothy oversees UOB Group's incentive plans and provides board advisory for various integration initiatives, including the Citibank acquisition. Prior to UOB, Timothy held senior roles at Citi, focusing on incentive compensation for the Consumer Bank across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Timothy's earlier experience includes positions at Westpac Group, St.George Bank, and Optus, demonstrating a strong background in rewards management and business strategy. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Multimedia Design from TAFE NSW.
