Hugo Baganha

Hugo Baganha is an accomplished Business Analyst and Tester at Bool since May 2019, with extensive experience leading multiple projects as a Project Manager. At Ericsson, Hugo has contributed to global digital transformation as an Outsystems Automation Developer Consultant and has developed applications for NCR as a Reactive Web Developer Consultant. As the CEO & Co-Founder of Smart Advice, strategic direction and external representation are primary responsibilities. Hugo has served as a Soccer Referee for various organizations, including the Associação de Futebol do Porto and Associação de Futebol de Viseu. Leadership experience also includes roles as Vice President of JSD Matosinhos and Deputy Coordinator for the PSD National Strategic Council. Educational qualifications include an Integrated Master in Environmental Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, alongside various technology and software development certifications.
