Matt Cassara

Matt Cassara has held various roles in the tech industry since 2012. In 2012, they were a Marketing Coordinator at Learner First, where they built the company's digital marketing presence from the ground up. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at TVI Designs, first as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, then as a Project Manager, and finally as an Operations Manager. During this time, they were responsible for designing and controlling production processes, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and building relationships with clients. In 2016, they worked at both Dark Square Bishop as a Founder and Lead Developer and Flatiron School as a Technical Coach and Technical Coach Lead. In 2018, they were the Lead App Developer at ParkYou!, and in 2019 they were a Lead Developer and Front End Developer at Once Upon a Time Hospitality. Currently, they are a Senior Frontend Engineer at Boom & Bucket, where they are building a marketplace for all things heavy equipment.

Matt Cassara began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended Marist College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Psychology and IT Minor. In 2012, they attended London South Bank University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration. In 2015, Matt obtained a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2016, Matt attended Flatiron School and completed a course in Full Stack Web Development.
