Lester Fernandez

Lester Fernandez serves as the Director of Operations at Boom Logistics since September 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing operational activities across Australia, aligning capabilities with business objectives, and driving growth. Previously, as General Manager for Boom Logistics' West Coast operations, Fernandez managed a $90 million AUD portfolio and oversaw strategic direction and multi-million dollar budgets. With over a decade at Freo Group Pty Ltd, Fernandez held various leadership roles, including General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed contract development, project management, and operational oversight across multiple depots. Earlier experience includes roles at Emirates Airline and Qantas Group as an Aviation Training Specialist. Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Finance from Edith Cowan University and has completed additional safety management training.
