Casey Gaynor

Casey Gaynor has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. In 2021, they began their current position as Senior Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Boom Entertainment, a technology company that provides technology and games to many of the biggest names in the sports betting and online gaming industry. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at XFL from 2019 to 2021, where they recommended policies and procedures while building the start-up football league. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, providing a consultative approach while working with clients in developing and recommending recruiting strategies. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Intramural Sports Official at Elon University, refereeing over 180 games in 20 sports and preparing and supervising major campus events in coordination with Campus Recreation.

Casey Gaynor graduated from Elon University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sports and Event Management and Business Administration. In 2019, Gaynor obtained a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS, an ADP Company.
