Eleonora Carlini has a diverse work experience in the field of comic book artistry. Eleonora began their career at Truckers in 2012, where they self-published a comic called "What the Fake?!". Eleonora then worked at Villain Comics from 2013 to 2014 as a comic book artist. In 2014, Eleonora had roles as an illustrator at Axpo Italia and as a comic book artist at Zenescope Entertainment. Eleonora joined Titan Comics UK in 2015 and stayed until 2016, where they continued their role as a comic book artist. From 2016 to 2021, Eleonora worked at DC Comics as a comic book artist. In 2017, they had a brief stint at AfterShock Comics as a comic book artist. In 2018, they joined BOOM! Studios in the role of a comic book artist. In 2019, Eleonora became a cover artist at IDW Publishing. Eleonora currently holds the position of a comic book artist at Marvel Entertainment since 2021.

Eleonora Carlini's education history begins with their attendance at the Istituto d'Arte Roma 1 from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree as a Maestro d'Arte, specializing in Arte e Moda del Costume (Art and Fashion Design). Subsequently, Carlini attended the Scuola Internazionale Comics from 2005 to 2008, earning a degree in Illustrazione - Illustrazione per Infanzia (Illustration - Illustration for Childhood). Lastly, they pursued further education at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics in 2010, completing a Master di Colorazione Digitale (Master of Digital Coloring).
