Hannah Ortiz

Hannah Ortiz is an Occupational Therapist with experience in outpatient pediatrics and neuro settings. Hannah has worked as a Quality Improvement Specialist and Warranty Parts Clerk in the past. Hannah obtained their Master’s of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and their Bachelor of Science in Health, Public Health from the University of North Florida.
