Jani Leskinen

Jani Leskinen is an experienced executive in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Boomeranger Boats since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jani held positions as Chief Technology Officer and Project Director at Axopar Boats from May 2021 to September 2022, and previously served as CTO, Vice President of Design & Production, and Project Manager at Boomeranger Boats Oy from March 2013 to May 2021. Jani's career began with project management roles at Yacht Docking & Repair Company and Holland Steel Yacht Oy, and includes research experience as a Research Scientist at VTT Technical Research Center of Finland, focusing on hydrodynamics and seakeeping performance. Jani holds a Master's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, earned between 1996 and 2003.
