Nayma Chowdhury, MHA

Nayma Chowdhury, MHA has a wealth of work experience in the healthcare industry. Nayma began their career in 2006 as a Teacher Assistant at National University, where they were selected from 150 students on account of their excellent grades and effective communication skills. In the same year, they also began working as a Senior Teacher (Administration) at Radiant School and College. During their time there, they were able to increase student attendance by 25% and reduce student failure rate by 40%.

In 2008, Nayma began working as an Analyst (Healthcare Management) at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong. In this role, they worked in the hospital management team and contributed to a quality improvement project by analyzing the effectiveness of various departments.

From 2010 to 2014, Nayma worked as the Owner and Manager at Roma Pasta Pizza. During this time, they implemented productivity, quality and customer-service standards and achieved operational goals by preparing and executing action plans.

Since 2014, Nayma has been working as a Healthcare Analyst at Shifa-Al-Salam Clinic. In this role, they oversee and maintains daily administrative operations to enhance a reliable and efficient system. Nayma also contributed to the successful EMR system implementation and developed and presented a proposal that raised $40,000 in grant money for the clinic. Most recently, in 2019, Nayma became a Co-Founder of Boomershub.

Nayma Chowdhury, MHA, obtained a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas in 2014. Nayma also holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from National University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from National University.
