Amy de Jong

Amy De Jong, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Employee Engagement at Boomi, where responsibilities include consultation on compensation and benefits, as well as human resource business partnering. With experience at Life Time Inc. as an Aquatics Supervisor and Instructor Facilitator, and past roles at Dell Technologies encompassing various HR leadership positions, Amy has managed significant projects such as creating high potential programs and overseeing the integration of HR practices during mergers and acquisitions. Amy began an academic foundation at Purdue University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting followed by an MBA focused on Human Resources.
