Debbie Fraser

Debbie Fraser has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Debbie is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Boomi, where they manage hiring for the EMEA region and focuses on delivering top tech talent and building a world-class TA team. Prior to their current role, Debbie worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Dell Boomi EMEA at Dell Technologies, where they managed all hiring activity for Dell Boomi in the UK and tracked recruitment activity across the EMEA region. Debbie has also held roles at Solutions Driven and Hamptons International, where they gained experience in talent delivery and recruitment in the real estate industry. Additionally, Debbie has previous experience as a Recruitment Manager at Baraud International, where they managed a high-volume temp desk and placed professional service contractors with leading financial institutions. Debbie Fraser obtained a BA HONS degree in Business 2:1 from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Balancing Act - RBA from Recruitment & Employment Confederation in 2017, Psychometric Assessment from Thomas International North America in 2017, Coaching Others and Leadership Skills from Henley Business School in 2011, and Competency Framework Design from Korn Ferry in 2010.
