Kirstin Schulz

Kirstin Schulz is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Head of Strategy Consulting for Talent Acquisition & Management EMEA at AMS since May 2014. In this role, Kirstin designs and delivers integrated solutions to enhance global HR functions and manages talent acquisition diagnostics and transformation programs. Previously, Kirstin held various leadership positions at Alexander Mann Solutions, including Senior Manager for Assessment Consulting and Graduate Recruitment, where responsibilities included managing complex assessment solutions and overseeing graduate recruitment campaigns for major clients. Kirstin's earlier experience includes roles at Language Recruitment Services and Randstad, alongside a strong academic background with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Münster.
