Max Snyder

Max Snyder is a seasoned professional in UX Research and Design, currently serving as Senior Manager at Boomi since April 2022, where Max has established best practices and scaled operations across a distributed UX Research discipline, successfully growing the team from 2 to 5 researchers. Previously, Max held the position of Senior Manager at Comcast, managing a team to conduct user research on residential internet products, and Vice President at FS Investments, focusing on process innovation and operational modeling. Max's earlier roles include significant leadership positions at Electronic Ink, where responsibilities ranged from leading design research teams to providing technical direction and ensuring service quality. Max also has experience in academia, having taught courses on data visualization and advanced design methods at various universities. Max holds a Master of Design in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Tufts University.
