Richard Moon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in partner solutions and success management. As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Boomi since September 2012, Richard collaborates with Technology Alliance partners to architect integrated solutions that address business challenges. Prior roles at Boomi include Global Director of Partner Success, where Richard led a team focused on guiding OEM, Reseller, and Service Bureau partners through onboarding and growth processes, and Senior Technical Account Manager, responsible for establishing the Partner Success program. Prior to Boomi, Richard held various positions at Ellucian for over two decades, progressing from Developer to General Manager of Global Architecture Solutions, focusing on Human Capital Management and Higher Education applications. Richard's career began at Personnel Data Systems, Inc., where extensive experience was gained in Human Resources and Payroll software development. Richard holds a degree in Data Processing and Computer Software Engineering from the City & Guilds of London Institute.
