Zach Rickers currently serves as Sr. Legal Counsel for Product/IP at Boomi, where responsibilities include supporting North American sales, ensuring data privacy and GDPR compliance, and addressing patents, export, open source, and AI compliance issues. Prior experience includes working as an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP within the insurance recovery and advisory group, and serving in various legal capacities at DeSalvo Law Firm PLLC, Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts, Lassiter, Tidwell & Davis, PLLC, Warner Music Latina, and Matthew W. Buser, P.L. Zach Rickers holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industry from the University of Miami - Frost School of Music, and multiple degrees from Shenandoah University, including two Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Production and Recording Technology and Classical Guitar Performance, and a Certificate of Music in Church Music.
