Sergio Reyes

Sergio Reyes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Director of Research Development at BoomID since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sergio spent over two decades at IBM, where positions included Senior Engineer in the Storage CTO Office, focusing on the impact of storage solutions on emerging technologies, as well as various software engineering roles that involved optimizing performance for IBM's AIX operating system and PowerVM virtualization technology. Early career experience includes an internship at Sandia National Laboratories, where Sergio developed software for weapon recovery decision support systems. Sergio holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American, completed between 1995 and 1999.
