Kurtis Rhee

Kurtis Rhee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kurtis has worked at Boom as the Head of Operations from April 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Homeward, where they held the positions of Director, Secondary Markets from June 2021 to November 2022, and Business Operations, Mortgage from February 2021 to June 2021. Kurtis also worked at Doma as the Associate Director, Business Operations from November 2020 to February 2021. Before that, Kurtis worked at Better, where they held several roles, including Senior Manager, Operations Intelligence and Partnerships from March 2020 to November 2020, Manager, Operations Intelligence from April 2019 to March 2020, Manager, Strategic Partnerships from November 2017 to March 2019, and Growth from July 2016 to October 2017. Kurtis began their career at Deutsche Bank as a Sales and Trading Analyst from 2014 to 2016 and as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst in 2013. Kurtis also gained experience as an intern at Fortress Investment Group in 2012 and Brevan Howard in 2011.

Kurtis Rhee began their education at Horace Mann School, where they completed their high school education from 2006 to 2010. Kurtis then pursued their Bachelor's of Science degree in the College of Business - Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2020, they attended General Assembly to obtain a degree in Data Analytics.
