Jacob Munns

Jacob Munns is the current CEO at Boomsourcing, and they have also previously held positions at Boom.ai, Perfect Pitch Technology, XL Equity, and Teleserve. Jacob has been in the business world for over 15 years, and has experience in a variety of different fields.

Munns got their start in the business world with TrueScribe.net, where they served as Vice President and Co-Founder. TrueScribe.net was a company that provided transcription services, and it was here that Munns first learned about the importance of compliance and data security.

In 2004, Munns left TrueScribe.net to start Teleserve, a lead generation and BPO company with a focus on compliance and data security. Teleserve quickly became one of the leading companies in its field, and Munns served as President for seven years.

In 2011, Munns left Teleserve to start Perfect Pitch Technology. Perfect Pitch was a patented, hosted call center suite built from the ground up to seamlessly integrate pre-recorded audio into live agent conversations. The company was a success, and Munns served as CEO for five years.

In 2016, Munns left Perfect Pitch Technology to start Boom.ai, a company that specializes in artificial intelligence. Boom.ai was acquired by Boomsourcing in 2018, and Munns has been serving as CEO ever since.

Jacob Munns has earned a MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors in American Studies with a Business Minor from Brigham Young University.
