Laura Zahn

Laura Zahn has been working in customer support for over 10 years. Laura currently is the Customer Support Manager at boomtime, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, Laura was an End User Support Technician at Alorica from December 2019 to September 2020. Laura was responsible for processing all electronically generated support cases for US Military bases and Government agencies requiring US based support. This included contracts for USPS, NASA and the FBI. Laura dispatched support of these contracts to assign the Field Engineer to be onsite in 4 hours and provided support for Field Technicians at customer site to provide technical support for printer repair.

Laura got their start in customer support at Hewlett-Packard from November 2010 to October 2015 as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, Laura provided support for HP products and services. When HP split into HP and HPE, Laura stayed with HP in the same role until October 2019 when they transitioned into the role of US Federal Print Contract Support Agent V. In this role, Laura was responsible for processing all electronically generated support cases for US Military bases and Government agencies requiring US based support to include contracts for USPS, NASA and the FBI. Laura dispatched support of these contracts to assign the Field Engineer to be onsite in 4 hours and provided support for Field Technicians at customer site to provide technical support for printer repair. Laura was also responsible for working independently with minimal supervision and providing a resolution for all interactions. During their time at HP, Laura led the entire team in detailed case documentation and follow-up activities.

Laura has been successful in customer support due to their attention to detail, organizational skills and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Laura has a proven track record of being able to work independently with minimal supervision and providing a resolution for all interactions. Laura is a team player and is always willing to go above and beyond to help their team succeed.

Laura Zahn received a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from National University. Laura then pursued a career in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of New Mexico.

Laura Zahn reports to Jp Clement, CEO. They are on a team with Isaiah Taylor - Business Development Manager, Giles Sandoval - Senior Marketing Specialist, and Kathy Watts - Director of Content.
