Cathy Francque

Cathy Francque has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Cathy is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Boomtown Accelerators since 2023. Prior to that, they had a long career at Ogilvy starting in 2007 where they held various management positions, including Group Managing Director/Head of Office and Managing Director/Head of Account Management. During their time at Ogilvy, Cathy led cross-functional teams and oversaw operations in brand and account management, digital marketing, media planning, social platforms, public relations, and data analytics. Cathy also played a key role in the company's transformation and growth strategies as part of the US leadership team. Before Ogilvy, Cathy served as the Group Account Director at Leopard where they successfully grew client business and achieved revenue goals. Cathy also has experience as the Director of Marketing and Communications at TSYS iSolutions - ProCard, Inc, where they led the rebranding efforts and managed all internal and external communications. Cathy's earlier work experience includes the role of Director of Marketing and Operations at Request Television and Marketing Manager at MetLife.

Cathy Francque graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising from Rowan University in 1989.
