Charles Napier

Charles Napier is an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Charles has over fifteen years of experience in business development and strategic alliances.

Napier started their career at inCode Consulting, a division of Ericsson, Inc., where they were managing director from 2011 to 2018. Charles then moved to AnyData as vice president of strategic alliances from 2006 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for growing revenues from $46 million to $172 million in three years. Charles also developed strategic accounts, sold and negotiated break through deals, and managed relations with key supplier - Qualcomm.

In 2018, Napier joined MAG (Meridian Advisory Group, LLC) as vice-president of business development. In this role, they developed new client accounts in the telecommunications, technology, and media industries for executive management consulting. Charles advised senior executives on organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions. Charles also assisted Private Equity firms and Fortune 100 corporations to leverage new technologies and consumer trends to achieve market growth.
