John Talbot

John Talbot serves as the Vice President of Integration Product Development at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of new integrated products since April 2013. Prior to this role, John was the Executive Vice President at OPEN MINDS from October 2004 to April 2013, providing consultation to healthcare providers and government entities on strategy and operations. John also has experience as President of Colorado Care Management, leading a provider-sponsored network for children's behavioral health services from January 1997 to September 2004. John holds a PhD from the University of Denver and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University.
