Prior to their current position, Rossana was a Training Facilitation at different sites for Boston Scientific. Rossana also Consultant to at PEMEX T C where they facilitated 20+ sessions on culture shaping for upper management. About 400 people attended these sessions. Rossana has also been Self-Employed, a Subcontractor, and an Independent Facilitator.

Rossana Miranda Johnston has a Masters in Intercultural Management & Training from the School for International Training. Rossana also has a degree in Psicología from Universidad Nuevo Mundo, A.C. Rossana is also a certified coach from the Newfield Network Coach Program.
