Craig Richards has extensive experience in IT roles within the gaming industry, primarily at Boomtown Casino Hotel, where employment began in February 1999 and continues to the present. Initially serving as a PC Technical Support specialist, Craig progressed through various positions, including Network Administrator and Application Specialist, responsible for managing network systems, phone systems, and AS400 administrative support. Since June 2012, as an IT Specialist, Craig's duties have expanded to include support for video conferencing systems, configuration and management of Windows Server environments, and VMware. Craig has a strong background in both technical support and network administration, along with a commitment to maintaining documentation and ensuring systems function efficiently. Educational credentials include studies at Truckee Meadows Community College from 1996 to 2006.
