Ben Krugman

Ben Krugman is an experienced production engineering professional currently serving as the Production Engineering Manager at Boomtown Oil since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various engineering positions at PDC Energy, Inc. as a Senior Production Engineer, managing production performance for over 1,000 oil wells, and overseeing optimization efforts for horizontal wells. Ben’s expertise also includes significant contributions to Sheridan Production Company and Newfield Exploration, where responsibilities encompassed asset development, production optimization, and field development planning. Ben began a career in engineering at HighMount Exploration & Production, where roles included production and reservoir engineering for extensive well portfolios. Ben holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a double degree in Petroleum Engineering and Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
