Sean Fitzgerald

Sean Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Boomtown Oil since November 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and managing financing, accounting, and reservoir engineering. Prior to this, Sean held leadership roles at Viola Oil & Gas as President and Board Member, and at STXRA as Co-Founder and President, where project oversight and strategic execution were key responsibilities. Sean's experience also includes a pivotal role at Rosetta Resources as Lead Business Development Engineer, focusing on strategy and asset management, along with earlier positions at Shell Oil Company as a Reservoir Engineer. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
