Aron Waas

Aron Waas has an extensive background in supply chain management and sustainability. Aron started their career as a Sales Engineer before moving into managerial roles at various companies such as Van Dam Machine and Boon Edam. At Boon Edam, they served as the Global Supply Chain Director and later became the Chief Supply Chain Officer, focusing on strategic and operational guidance for the organization. Additionally, Aron has experience as a Partner at Matras Recycling Europe and Co-Founder of Valueplus, both emphasizing sustainable materials management. Aron also worked as a Business Coach for the New Venture program to support entrepreneurial innovation in the Netherlands.

Aron Waas completed their BSc. in Mechanical Engineering at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1987 to 1991. Aron then pursued various certifications and degrees in fields like Logistics, Business Improvement, Coaching, and Trainer certification over the years. Some of the notable ones include CSCP from APICS Northern Colorado in 2016, CSSCB Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from American Society for Quality in 2011, and becoming a Certified Trainer at Lefconsult in 2008. Aron also obtained a Certified Partner certification from Management Drives in 2020.
