Richard Secola has a diverse work experience in the metallurgy and supply chain field. Richard started their career at Kennametal as a Co-op from May 2008 to August 2009. Richard then joined Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc in January 2011 as a Process Metallurgist and subsequently held roles as a Staff Metallurgist, Senior Staff Metallurgist, Technical Services Manager, and Supply Chain Director. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Supply Chain & Purchasing.

Richard Secola has a strong education background in engineering and material science. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
