Kristin Williams

Kristin Williams is the Director of Development at Boone Center. Kristin has over twenty years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on fundraising and community engagement.

Kristin began their career as a Program Executive at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee in 2000. In this role, they were responsible for leading programmatic efforts to support the YMCA’s mission to strengthen communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

In 2005, Kristin took on the role of Branch Executive at the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations of the branch, including staff supervision, programming, budgeting, and membership growth.

In 2008, Kristin transitioned to the St. Charles City-County Library District, where they served as the Planning & Development Director. In this role, they oversaw financial development and strategic planning for the Library District. Kristin also served as the Executive Director of the St. Charles City/County Library Foundation.

In 2015, Kristin began their current role as the Foundation & Community Outreach Director at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters & Progress West Hospitals. In this role, they oversee the operations of the Foundation for Barnes-Jewish St. Peters and Progress West Hospitals, including special events, annual and major gifts, and planned giving. Kristin also works to support the hospitals by engaging the community and sharing stories of impact.

Kristin has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Marquette University.

Kristin Williams has a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a BS in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kristin is also certified as a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) from CFRE International.

They are on a team with Matt Jannings - Director, Competitive Employment, Dee Gerstenkorn - Director, Marketing & Communications, and Todd Streff - Executive Director, Skills Center. Kristin Williams reports to Troy Compardo, CEO.
