Michael Young is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in quality management, patient safety, and healthcare education. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Boone Health since December 2021, Michael has also been an Adjunct Instructor at Colorado Christian University since August 2015, teaching Healthcare Administration undergraduate courses. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Patient Safety at UNC Health and various positions related to performance improvement and radiologic technology at organizations such as Southeastern Regional Medical Center and Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Michael holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and possesses significant training and certifications in lean methodologies, enhancing organizational effectiveness and patient outcomes throughout their career.
