Brad Barden

Brad Barden has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brad began their career as the Principal and VP of Operations at Charlmont Restaurant/Retail Operations, where they managed a large team and oversaw multiple departments. Unfortunately, the store closed in 1994. Brad then worked as the Operations Manager at Hecht's Department Stores (Macys) for four years before moving on to become the GM and Chief Operating Officer at Boonsboro Country Club. At the country club, Brad focused on providing excellent hospitality and managing various amenities such as a championship golf course, indoor tennis facility, and high-quality food offerings.

Brad Barden completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech between 1973 and 1977. Prior to that, they attended Meadowbrook High School from 1970 to 1973. Brad's academic journey began at Falling Creek Middle School, where they studied from 1967 to 1970.
