Andras Bogyay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the Agro-Food sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Boortmalt since May 2023, focusing on business development and performance in Ethiopia and Africa. Previously, Andras held several senior roles at Malteurop from May 2006 to March 2023, including Chief Operations Officer, Project Director, Managing Director for Ukraine, and Production Manager, leading operations across multiple plants in North America and managing significant projects. Andras also contributed as an Expert Network Member at GLG in early 2023, providing insights on investment and M&A. Educational qualifications include an MBA with distinction from Edinburgh Business School, and a Master of Engineering in Food Technology and Processing, along with certification as a Public Accountant from Szent István Egyetem.
