Nicole Lester

Nicole Lester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Supply Chain and S&OP Manager at Boortmalt since August 2016, Nicole is responsible for developing and executing the regional S&OP strategy, achieving logistics budgets, and maximizing cost reduction through effective supply planning. Prior roles include Operations Manager Apparel at Charles Parsons & Co Pty Ltd, where performance leadership and operational excellence were prioritized; Supply Chain Manager at Brightstar, focusing on supply chain strategies and project management; Demand and Supply Manager - ANZ at Techtronic Industries, overseeing demand management and supply planning; Supply Chain Analyst at Whirlpool Oceania, managing inventory and vendor relations; National Demand Manager at George Weston Foods, handling forecasts and inventory processes; and Project Coordinator/Planner at Adtranz, coordinating various overseas projects.
