David O'Donnell

David O'Donnell is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate development. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager for the Western Division at Boos Development West, LLC since February 2012, O'Donnell manages real estate deal making and site selection. Previously, O'Donnell held various leadership roles at Boos Development West, including Director of Operations for Northern California and Director of Development, overseeing numerous development projects. Before joining Boos Development, O'Donnell was the Managing Member at Silver Oak Ventures, LLC, where David facilitated commercial real estate opportunities for small to mid-sized investors. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director and Sacramento Regional Manager at Opus West Corporation, where O'Donnell directed multiple projects across the Sacramento region and beyond. O'Donnell began the career as a Project Manager at The Koll Company, managing significant construction projects. O'Donnell earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
