Steven Embleton

Steven Embleton is an experienced professional in operations and product management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Boost since August 2025. Prior to this role, Embleton held positions at Person Centred Software Ltd as Head of Product and Head of Product - Wellness and Learning from February 2023 to August 2025, and at Oomph! Wellness as Product and Operations Director from December 2021 to July 2023. Embleton's career began at My Learning Cloud, where the role of Chief Cloud was held from April 2012 to October 2021, focusing on personalized e-learning solutions. Additional experience includes a decade at The YOU Trust as Learning and Leadership Development Manager, followed by roles at The Co-operative Group and Dixons Retail as Divisional Training Manager. Embleton earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Buckinghamshire New University between 1998 and 2001.
