Anders Folkvord

Anders Folkvord is a Senior Customer Success Manager at boost.ai, leading customer adoption and automation initiatives in the EMEA region since May 2022. With a strong background in technical customer success, Anders has previously enhanced the automation capabilities of Nordic clients and transformed customer service through innovative conversational AI solutions. Prior to boost.ai, experience includes roles as an Advisor and AI Trainer at Compendia, and Operations Manager at Stiftelsen Sana, where significant achievements include securing multiple major contracts and overseeing operational functions. Anders holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Stavanger and has a passion for coffee developed during earlier experience as a barista.
