Steve Krater is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a robust background in managing client relationships and driving solution growth across various sectors. Currently at NetBrain Technologies Inc. since April 2019, Steve oversees engagement with major EMEA clients, securing annual recurring revenue and developing success plans. Prior roles include shaping Customer Success Management programs at Ridecell and SugarCRM, and managing client relationships in the EMEA region during tenures at Compuware GmbH and Reuters AG. Steve also has a foundational background in technical consulting and network engineering, complemented by military service in the United States Air Force.
