Milka Holmberg

Milka Holmberg has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Milka currently works at boost.ai, a software company specializing in conversational AI, where they hold the position of Senior Technical Customer Success Manager. In this role, Milka is responsible for planning and executing Conversational AI strategies on both local and cross-country levels. Milka supports business and IT managers in making data-driven decisions to maximize value gain from boost.ai and their Conversational AI & omni-channel strategies. Prior to their current role, Milka worked as a Technical Customer Success Manager at boost.ai, where they also played a crucial role in planning and executing Conversational AI strategies. Before joining boost.ai, Milka worked as an AI Trainer, supervising and quality assuring client projects, managing projects, and coordinating company event participation at boost.ai, mostly in Finland. Additionally, Milka has experience working as a Project Assistant at EU-funded Last Mile project and as an Assistant Trainee of the UN team at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Milka also worked at OP Financial Group and OP-Pohjola Group as an Investment Advisor, where they gained skills in negotiating, customer management, and investment portfolio management.
